Massena Telephone Company is growing! We are expanding our fiber-optic network into Atlantic after serving rural Cass County for over 100 years. We provide our customers with internet, phone and TV service over our state-of-the-art fiber-optic network.

MTC is hiring a Customer Relationship Specialist

This employee will report to the General Manager and will shape our customers’ experience, including customer service, sales, marketing, and online activities.

This position may be Full Time or Part-time, 25+ hours per week. Opportunity for work-from-home hours with some on-site days required each week. Full-time benefits include health insurance, 401k, and PTO.

We need a person who can hit the ground running and help us help our customers. We will train the right person on the skills specific to an Internet/TV/Phone provider.


  • Help prospective customers choose the right service
  • First Line Troubleshooting for internet, phone and TV
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Schedule technician visits
  • Develop and refine customer relationship procedures
  • Manage Website and Social Media Presence
  • Lead advertising campaigns
  • Develop marketing materials

Applicant Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer-facing role.
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn basic and intermediate network troubleshooting
  • Understanding of social media from corporate perspective
